Bac Ninh allocates 50 hectares of land for developing Que Vo II industrial zone

Bac Ninh authorities recently issued a decision to allocate 499,848.6 m2 of land (phase 3), which is completed compensation and site clearance, for IDICO-QUEVO. The allocated land is to be developed Que Vo II industrial zone located in Ngoc Xa commune, Que Vo district with lease term until July 30, 2057.

Que Vo II industrial zone covers an area of 269.48 hectares, located north of National Highway 18 and Noi Bai-Ha Long Expressway, 45km away from Ha Noi, 15km from the new National Highway 1A, close to Duong river port and 98km away from Cai Lan port, etc.

The project is divided into two phases. Phase 1 has an area of 272.54 hectares with a total investment of about VND 490 billion, located in Ngoc Xa commune, Dao Vien commune and part of Chau Phong commune. Phase 2 has an area of 300 hectares in Duc Long commune and Chau Long commune.

Established in 2008, IDICO-QUE VO headquater is located in HH3 Building, Me Tri street, My Dinh 1 ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Ha Noi. IDICO's ownership rate in IDICO-QUE VO is 39.94%.

IDICO-QUE VO has a charter capital of VND 80 billion. Mr. Ton Manh Dung is General Director and legal representative.

IDICO has developed and managed 10 industrial zones in Vietnam with a total area of about 3,500 hectares. In which, there are 7 industrial zones in the south, including: Nhon Trach 1 (445 hectares), Nhon Trach 5 (310 hectares) in Dong Nai province; My Xuan A (309 hectares), My Xuan B1 (214 hectares), Phu My 2 (620 hectares), Phu My 2 expansion (403 hectares) in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province; Huu Thanh (524 hectares) in Long An province.

In the north, there are 3 industrial zones, including: Kim Hoa (50 hectares) in Vinh Phuc province; Que Vo II (269.48 hectares) in Bac Ninh province and Cau Nghin (184 hectares) in Thai Binh province.
