From September 25 to 27, 2024, the "Automation World Exhibition 2024" took place at the WTC EXPO International Exhibition Center in Binh Duong. This is one of the largest events of the year in the field of automation and industry, organized by Coex Vietnam with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and other related organizations.
The exhibition featured over 150 leading enterprises and showcased 400 booths, focusing on key areas such as industrial real estate development, construction, industrial tools, automation, advanced solutions and technologies, and specialized electronics.
At this event, IDICO participated by introducing our key industrial park projects to investors. Notably, these include five major projects in the Southern region: IDICO Huu Thanh IP (Long An), IDICO Phu My II IP, and IDICO Phu My II Expansion IP (Ba Ria-Vung Tau), along with two newly developed industrial parks—IDICO Tan Phuoc 1 IP (Tien Giang), which was launched in May, and IDICO My Xuan B1 Expansion IP (Ba Ria-Vung Tau), launched in September. Additionally, two projects in the North, IDICO Cau Nghin IP (Thai Binh) and IDICO Que Vo II IP (Bac Ninh), were also showcased.
In addition to industrial park projects, IDICO also offers ready-built factory solutions for rent in IDICO Huu Thanh Industrial Park and IDICO Nhon Trach 1. These facilities feature modern infrastructure and comprehensive services, helping investors significantly save on costs and reduce project implementation time, allowing them to optimize their operational processes and grow their businesses more effectively.
In the event, IDICO attracted special attention from investors, particularly from Korean businesses. With an experience of attracting large investors such as Hyosung, Posco, GS, and Suntory Pepsico, IDICO's industrial parks have demonstrated their appeal. Korean businesses expressed their desire to expand production and business activities in Vietnam, especially in high technology, electronic component manufacturing, and supporting industries. They also highly appreciated IDICO's development potential, thanks to its strategic location, modern infrastructure, and comprehensive support services.
IDICO has made a strong impression on potential investors due to its commitment to green development and its orientation towards building eco-industrial parks.
