On March 14, 2026, Stepwell Technology Co., Ltd. broke ground on a factory producing foam components for the footwear industry at Lot B-2-7-1, covering an area of over 1 hectare. The project focuses on manufacturing supporting materials such as insoles and technical foam – essential components in the footwear supply chain – thereby increasing domestic supply of materials and helping optimize production costs for export-oriented enterprises.
Subsequently, on March 20, 2026, 5S and Textile Technologies Co., Ltd. held the groundbreaking ceremony for its factory at Lot F-2-2, D6 Road, with a scale of 2 hectares. The project is oriented toward developing technology-driven textile products to meet the growing demands of both domestic and international markets, with a strong emphasis on quality and production efficiency.
Strategically located in Duc Hoa commune, Tay Ninh province, IDICO Huu Thanh IP is approximately 35 km from Ho Chi Minh City and enjoys convenient connectivity to key transport infrastructure, including the Ho Chi Minh City – Trung Luong Expressway, Ring Road 3, and major seaports such as Cat Lai and Hiep Phuoc. This enables the IP to shorten transportation time, optimize logistics costs, and enhance supply chain efficiency, particularly for businesses serving the Southern Vietnam market and participating in export-oriented production.
