On June 2, 2026, at the 2nd Vietnam National Real Estate Awards, IDICO Corporation – JSC (IDICO) was honored as one of Vietnam's Top 10 Industrial Real Estate Developers. Organized by the Vietnam National Real Estate Association under the direction and patronage of the Ministry of Construction, the award recognizes enterprises that have made outstanding contributions to the development of Vietnam's real estate market.

This recognition not only affirms IDICO's capabilities in industrial real estate development but also marks the company's more than 25-year transformation—from an infrastructure developer established during the early stages of Vietnam's industrialization to a developer of a sustainable and harmonized industrial ecosystem in Vietnam.
More Than 25 Years Accompanying Vietnam's Industrialization Journey
Established in 2000 through the restructuring of urban development, industrial park and infrastructure enterprises under the Ministry of Construction, IDICO was founded at a time when Vietnam was accelerating industrial development and attracting investment.
During its early years, IDICO's mission focused on developing technical infrastructure, creating industrial land banks and building the foundations necessary for manufacturing activities. This period laid the groundwork for numerous industrial parks and infrastructure projects that contributed to industrial development across many localities nationwide.
As Vietnam's economy evolved, IDICO continuously transformed its governance model, underwent equitization, became publicly listed and implemented comprehensive restructuring initiatives to strengthen its competitiveness.
Today, after more than two decades of development, IDICO operates through a network of 17 subsidiaries and affiliated companies, focusing on four core business pillars: industrial real estate, energy, industrial park services, and residential and urban development.
These milestones reflect a fundamental shift in IDICO's development philosophy—from a traditional infrastructure developer to a developer of a sustainable and harmonized industrial ecosystem that supports production, investment and long-term growth.

From Industrial Park Development to Building a Sustainable and Harmonized Industrial Ecosystem
IDICO is currently developing 14 industrial parks across Vietnam's key economic regions, with a total industrial land portfolio of approximately 4,488 hectares.
Its industrial parks are strategically located in major industrial and logistics hubs, including Phu My – Cai Mep – Thi Vai, Nhon Trach – Long Thanh, the Mekong Delta gateway covering Dong Thap and Tay Ninh, Hai Phong, Hung Yen and Ninh Binh. These locations play critical roles in Vietnam's manufacturing, export and supply chain networks.
According to estimates, industrial parks developed by IDICO have attracted approximately USD 9 billion in investment capital, generated employment for more than 120,000 workers, and contributed around VND 10 trillion annually to the state budget through the operations of businesses located within these industrial parks.
These achievements reflect not only the company's scale of development but also its role in fostering industrial growth clusters, attracting investment and supporting economic development across numerous provinces and cities throughout Vietnam. They also form an important foundation for IDICO's recognition among Vietnam's Top 10 Industrial Real Estate Developers in 2026.
However, IDICO's ambition extends beyond growth in scale. The company is committed to developing industrial ecosystems capable of creating sustainable value for businesses, employees and local communities.
As enterprises’ expectations continue to evolve, industrial parks are no longer viewed merely as locations for manufacturing facilities. They must become comprehensive development environments that support long-term business growth.
Guided by this vision, IDICO has gradually built a sustainable and harmonized industrial ecosystem that connects technical infrastructure, energy solutions, ready-built factories and warehouses, industrial park operation services, and workforce-supporting amenities.
Alongside industrial park development, IDICO also invests in social housing, housing for experts and workers, and urban development projects. These initiatives help address housing needs, improve quality of life and provide a stable workforce foundation for industrial parks.
This approach reflects IDICO's development philosophy, “Harmony for Sustainable Development, which seeks to balance the interests of investors, businesses, employees, local communities and the nation.

Further Strengthening a Sustainable and Harmonized Industrial Ecosystem
While the establishment of IDICO's four core business pillars—industrial real estate, energy, industrial park services, and residential and urban development—has clearly defined the company's industrial ecosystem model, the current phase represents the next step in that journey: strengthening the ecosystem to become greener, more sustainable and better aligned with the evolving requirements of global supply chains.
In early 2025, IDICO Vinh Quang Eco-Industrial Park in Hai Phong received investment approval, becoming a flagship project in the Corporation's eco-industrial park development strategy. Planned according to eco-industrial principles from the outset, the project is designed to create a foundation for industrial symbiosis among tenant enterprises, improve resource and energy efficiency, and promote sustainable development.
At the same time, IDICO aims to develop approximately one million square meters of ready-built factories and warehouses by 2030 to meet growing demand from manufacturers, supporting industries and logistics operators.
The company is also actively researching and implementing green energy solutions, including rooftop solar systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Direct Power Purchase Agreements (DPPA) and EV charging infrastructure. These initiatives are intended to help customers meet ESG standards and carbon reduction requirements across global supply chains.

An IDICO Corporation representative shared:
“We believe that the sustainable development of Vietnam's industrial sector will not be measured solely by production output or the number of factories, but by the quality of the ecosystem that supports them. Guided by this vision, IDICO remains committed to developing a sustainable and harmonized industrial ecosystem that creates long-term value for businesses, people and local communities while strengthening Vietnam's long-term competitiveness.”
As Vietnam enters a new phase of deeper industrial development, the importance of high-quality infrastructure, sustainability and connectivity continues to grow. Building on the foundation established over the past 25 years, IDICO remains committed to creating long-term development platforms for businesses, employees and local communities. The recognition as one of Vietnam's Top 10 Industrial Real Estate Developers is not only an acknowledgment of the company's achievements but also a reaffirmation of IDICO's role in supporting the sustainable development of Vietnam's industrial future.
