On May 29, 2026, REPON TECH Vietnam Co., Ltd. held the groundbreaking ceremony for its precision slide rail manufacturing facility at IDICO Huu Thanh Industrial Park (IP), Tay Ninh Province. The project will produce precision slide rail systems for servers, data centers, and information technology equipment—critical components within the global digital infrastructure supply chain, particularly amid the rapid expansion of data centers and artificial intelligence (AI) applications worldwide.

With a total investment capital of US$30 million, the project is being developed in two phases at IDICO Huu Thanh IP. Following the successful operation of Phase 1 in early 2025, with an annual production capacity of 7,200 tons, REPON TECH has moved forward with Phase 2 on a 5-hectare site. The expansion will add 21,600 tons of annual capacity, bringing the project's total output to 28,800 tons per year. According to company representatives, the launch of Phase 2 reflects REPON TECH's long-term commitment to Vietnam and marks an important step in its strategy to further enhance manufacturing capabilities and accelerate production automation. Construction is expected to be completed in 2026, with commercial operations scheduled to commence in 2027.

Representatives of the Tay Ninh Department of Finance highly appreciated REPON TECH's decision to expand its investment in the province. They also highlighted IDICO Huu Thanh IP as one of Tay Ninh's key IPs, benefiting from strategic connectivity to Ho Chi Minh City, major logistics hubs, seaports, and international border gateways.
As Tay Ninh continues to emerge as a new industrial growth hub in Southern Vietnam, attracting more than 2,000 FDI projects with total registered capital exceeding US$25.6 billion, Taiwanese enterprises remain among the province's most significant investment partners, contributing over 250 projects with nearly US$2 billion in registered capital.

REPON TECH's continued expansion following the successful operation of Phase 1 underscores the company's confidence in the local investment environment and long-term growth prospects. The project is expected to further diversify the industrial ecosystem at IDICO Huu Thanh IP while strengthening its role within the supply chain serving the information technology and data infrastructure sectors. The project also reflects IDICO Huu Thanh IP's growing ability to attract high-value, technology-driven manufacturing investments. Against the backdrop of rising global demand for data centers, cloud computing, and AI infrastructure, projects such as REPON TECH are expected to reinforce the IP's position as a destination for next-generation manufacturing and supply chain investment in Vietnam.
