On February 9, 2026, IDICO No.10 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (IDICO-INCO10) – a member of the IDICO industrial ecosystem – solemnly held the inauguration ceremony of the IDICO 10 Building at No. 43, 3 Thang 2 Street, Ninh Kieu Ward, Can Tho City.

The IDICO 10 Building is the first real estate project developed by IDICO-INCO10, as part of the company’s strategy to expand its portfolio beyond construction.

Upon commencement of operations, the IDICO 10 Building serves both as the head office of IDICO-INCO10 and as a provider of high-quality office leasing space, contributing to more efficient land use while offering professional and modern working environments for enterprises in Can Tho City.

The project is developed on a land area of 1,454.6 square meters, with a construction footprint of over 833 square meters and a total gross floor area exceeding 6,287 square meters. The building comprises 9 above-ground floors and one rooftop technical level, with a total investment of more than VND 90.4 billion. Designed in accordance with Grade II building standards, the IDICO 10 Building meets technical, safety, and functional requirements for modern office facilities.

The inauguration of the IDICO 10 Building represents an important milestone in IDICO’s investment expansion strategy in the central Mekong Delta region, contributing to the enhancement of urban infrastructure quality and creating additional resources for local socio-economic development.
