Implement Plan No. 19/KH-CD dated July 27, 2022 of the Standing Committee of the Trade Union of IDICO Corporation on organizing the Trade Union Congress in the IDICO complex towards the V Congress, term 2023 - 2028 IDICO Corporation - CTCO.

On March 22, 2023, the Trade Union of IDICO Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company was organized into the Congress of Trade Union Deputies for the term 2023 - 2028. This is the unit that organizes the point meeting, elects the President, The Vice President is directly at the Congress and is also the first unit in the IDICO Trade Union organization to organize the Congress for the term 2023 - 2028 as planned.

Attending the Congress were Mr. Phan Van Chinh, Secretary of the Party Committee; Chairman of the Union of IDICO Corporation; Comrade Le Quoc Dat - Party Secretary of the department; Director of Company IDICO - IDI; Mr. Le Cong Chung - Vice Chairman of Trade Union of IDICO Corporation and 75 delegates representing 177 trade union members were voted from departments, affiliated units and 5 natural delegates.

The Congress summarized the results of the implementation of the Resolution of the 6th Congress, term 2019 - 2023, drew lessons learned to determine the goals and tasks of the Company's Trade Union in the term 2023 - 2028; review the leadership and direction of the Executive Committee of the VI Company's Trade Union to wisely select typical comrades in terms of political qualities, ethics, lifestyle, intellectual capacity, professional qualifications, has the prestige and bravery to be elected to the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union, term VII, term 2023 - 2028.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee; Chairperson; Vice Chairman of the IDICO - IDI Trade Union, term VII, term 2023 - 2028, includes 5 comrades:

1. Ms. Nguyen Thi Lua - holds the position of President of the Trade Union
2. Mr. Le Thanh Chien - holds the position of Vice President of Trade Union
3. Mr. Huu Tao Ceremony - holds the position of Member of the Executive Committee
4. Mr. Nguyen Truong Vu - holds the position of Member of the Executive Committee
5. Mr. Le Quoc Thanh - holds the position of Member of the Executive Committee

The Congress also elected 15 delegates to attend the Corporation's Trade Union Congress for the term 2023 - 2028 and 02 alternate delegates.

To recognize the achievements of individuals, the collective has successfully completed the task of implementing the Resolution of the 6th Congress. The Executive Board of the Trade Union for the term of 2019 - 2023 proposed to reward the superior Trade Union. In there:

* Individuals: There was Mr. Le Quoc Dat, who was awarded the Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam Construction Union and 11 individuals were awarded the Certificate of Merit from the Union of IDICO Corporation.

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Phan Van Chinh recognized and praised the achievements that the staff, union members and workers of IDICO - IDI Company's Union have achieved in the last term. . In the context of the general difficulties of Vietnam's construction industry along with the heavy impact of the Covid 19 pandemic, IDICO - IDI Trade Union has coordinated with the government to create all favorable conditions for workers; the rights and interests of workers are guaranteed. Mr. Chinh also highly appreciated the efforts that IDICO - IDI Company has made in the past time, especially the difficulties and challenges in implementing toll collection with the way of organization, management and measures. Effective solutions that IDICO - IDI has been implementing will be the foundation for sustainable business development in the coming years. He also expressed his wish that the employees working at IDICO - IDI will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, enthusiasm for work, have many initiatives in production...
