On August 14, at IDICO Huu Thanh Industrial Park (IP) in Tay Ninh Province (formerly part of Long An Province), a groundbreaking ceremony was held for the garment accessories manufacturing and processing plant of Trend Tie & Garments Vietnam Co., Ltd.
The factory will be built on a 10,000 m² site, specializing in the production and processing of garment accessories, including ties, socks, gloves, belts, and more. It is designed to have a capacity of 30 million products per year and will involve a total investment of USD 5 million. The project is currently completing construction works, installing machinery, and is expected to be operational in 2027.

The groundbreaking takes place amid a continuous wave of new investments into IDICO Huu Thanh IP, underscoring the growing appeal of the IDICO Industrial Ecosystem.
In August, IDICO welcomed two project launches from Huize Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Yuehui Vietnam Co., Ltd., followed by the Trend Tie project.
In September, IDICO will be welcoming the delegation of the Party Secretary of Weihai City, China, to explore cooperation and investment opportunities at IDICO Cau Nghin IP – Hung Yen province (formerly part of Thai Binh province). This sequence of events demonstrates the strong momentum and FDI attractiveness of IDICO industrial ecosystem across both the North and South, ready to meet the diverse development needs of domestic and international enterprises.
